- A little bit on the makeup. A friend applied it for me, but only after I sketched the whole concept out. He made circles around my eyes using flesh putty. (He had to be really careful the makeup would never bother my eyes or get in my eyes). After that, he used professional blood gel to splatter and cover the putty circle, giving the appearance of bleeding eyes.
